In the course of making a new kind of sweet potato's this past hour, I had an idea for three other dishes that came to mind. While researching the web for one idea, I stumbled on this weird bacon and sweet potato dish created by Paleo awesome-guy Robb Wolf. I haven't done anything with it yet, but thought it would be worth sharing. Whose got the guts to make it? If you do, tell me how it turned out.
